Here are 5 quick and simple nutrition changes that you should make tomorrow to increase fat loss and positively impact your health.
1: Base your breakfast around protein. Start you day with 3 (women) or 4 (men) eggs. This can be scrambled, poached, an omelette or boiled. Add some spinach, peppers, onion etc. Avoid cereals!
2: Drink 3 litres of water a day minimum
3: Never skip breakfast
4: Take a good quality omega 3 and vitamin D supplement daily
5: Eat 6 times a day. 3 main meals and 3 snacks a day.
