5 simple kitchen fixes

1) Invest in a blender. This is a great tool that you can use everyday for smoothies, soups and healthy pancake mixes.

2) Get some Tupperware. All shapes and sizes, great for bringing lunches, pills, powders etc

3) Get a spice rack. Spices are great for adding flavour to any meal to your taste. Mix it up.

4) Get some good knifes and a chopping station. No excuses for not having the right set up for good healthy meals.

5) Invest in pots and pans. All sizes for different meal options. A good wok is a life saver too.
