6 weeks hamstring rehab

By Joey Boland, Physio at Functional Training Ireland, Dublin 2

We fix hamstring injuries every week at FTI. – So if you need help let us know and we can book you in ASAP..

It is vital when rehabbing a hamstring that you are constantly making exercises harder and getting the patient back into functional training.

Here is a simple 6 week progression that I like to use.

Included is 1 leg bridging with various options, Keiser machine harness starts, and 1 leg deadlifts

Only saw this now – I must admit I’m a little unsure about the question you are asking.
