6 weeks hamstring rehab

It is vital when rehabbing a hamstring that you are constantly making exercises harder and getting the patient back into functional training.

Here is a simple 6 week progression that I like to use.

Included is 1 leg bridging with various options, Keiser machine harness starts, and 1 leg deadlifts

    Hi just wondering your views on optimal loading if client is able i always try incorporate it again would depend on injury grade and is the client able to do it pain free… also properception ex , i would give along checking firing pattern of glutes/hamstrings/erectors ,, esp if client has reaccurring hamstring ….. also progress to eccentric ex which i find very important … i would be happy to hear your views thanking you kieran
