ACL injury – Let’s make sure they don’t come back

One of the main reasons why players rupture their knee post an ACL reconstruction is that they have not adequately rehabbed their knee to the levels at which they will be put under stress in a match or training.

Check out a little drill I like to use for my returning to play ACL patients.
