Have you a Groin Injury?

By Thomas Divily – Expert Physiotherapist

Here in FTI we specialise in the return to play from long term injuries. Why this? We are able to bring together our knowledge not only to help the issue, but more importantly deal with the source of the problem!

Putting together the jigsaw and working on why these overload injuries occur is vital. Working on strength, movement control and skills development phase by phase specific to each presenting problem is vital for the athlete. With our expertise in strength and conditioning, as Physiotherapists, we can develop a plan to really solve the problem.

A few exercises are below that we are working on with a current patient to help get him back to club level. Give them a try..
