Hip Issues and Groin pain fix

Hey guys,

I know you are  busy so i’ll cut this short.

I find this exercise extremely affective with my athletes who have a history of hip impingement or long term groin issues.

I used it regularly when returning from my osteitis pubis injury in the past.

Try it out, it’s very tough to keep the balance as you can see.
