Metabolic Band Training –

I’m a huge fan of the JC bands for training, for very little money you get a serious piece of kit that opens up exciting training options.

When you train teams getting the “pull” movements in is always the hardest on a budget, you need to buy dumbbells, TRX’s and chin bars etc.. JC bands open up a tonne of options here for little dough. Trust me if done correctly they can humble some strong people.

I’ve use them with a simple harness for movement skills, Pallof presses, Leg lowering progressions, push movements and many many more.

My favourite use of the JC bands are as finishers, here you can see a team I’m training perform a “push” metabolic series, it’s a great workout that’s joint friendly and is great for fat loss.
