Let us all face facts

December is a bad month for training and remaining healthy,

Tonnes of parties,

Tones of food – drink etc..

And so be it, I am a firm believer you need to live your life and enjoy yourself..

I hate the nerd, tubbaware zealot trainer/gym – boring!

Most of you aren’t going to the olympics anytime,,

So – – – – – – – – – – – – – – – – – – –

A little bit of “winter bulking” isn’t going to kill you.

But – + = = = = = = = = = = = = = ++++++

If you think you’ll start in January and be super motivated, you won’t.

You really should start now – even for a walk, even if it’s even emailing a gym etc.. baby steps folks!

Basically – get some positive forward momentum going quick –
In the training world, a little goes a long long way.

For example –

Maybe your putting off that sore shoulder or knee pain? Who knows?

Before the January gym going nazis take over you can get a little bit done. NOW

No burpees or shouting – just good training and common sense –
