With a lot of medial Ankle sprains I find one of the major challenges is reactivating important ankle stabilisers around the area. Inactivation of FHL and Tib Post can lead to long standing medial Ankle pain, future calf strains or “shin splints”
So if you have a history of bad ankle sprains this exercise might save you a future injury!!
