Here is something so simple I picked up in my latest learning binge..
How many pillows do you need to get to sleep?
If the answer is more than 1 you need to do more mobility and stretching work, probably a lot more – (and I don’t mean yoga)
If it’s more than 3 – chances are you’re probably in need of some TLC physio wise and you’re just ignoring the issue.
I have tried this little theory out with people already and it’s proving to be eerily accurate.
We will go through some mobility stuff for you all tomorrow.
