Power Drills for you to try

FTI’s Dave Hare and Joey Boland show us some power and movement drills for you to try. These drills are ideal for building speed and power and to help you work on your lateral movements . They’re ideal for anyone playing fields sports such as hurling, rugby, soccer, football, hockey, etc., once you’re working off a strong stable base.

Add them to your work out and warm ups pre game.
