The Functional Training Ireland Podcast 5 – ACL rehab

In this episode Joey Boland Physiotherapist at Functional Training Ireland talks to Dublin Footballers Ciaran Kilkenny and Kevin O’Brien about their recent ACL injuries.


An ACL injury (Anterior Cruciate Ligament) can be quite serious and need in many cases surgery to properly fix and treat, the rehab can be long and frustrating so it’s important to get the right Chartered Physio to help you.


Note: We don’t treat the Kevin or Ciaran they are getting extremely well looked after in the Dublin GAA set up. We are just having a chat with them.
