I read a tonne, but this book has really hit a cord with me. Basically it will tell you WHY you make the decisions you make and what to do to stop the negative ones.
I am in the industry of will power and I see people with tremendous will power and tremendous lack of will power, simple thing like lack of sleep can derail you.
I was also a late adopter to meditation but in todays society I’m beginning to think it’s a must in our stressed lives.
It’s an entertaining read and highly enjoyable.
