Try this exercise to improve your posture

Functional Training Ireland trainer Peter Mathews shows us a simple but very effective way to help improve your posture at your shoulders.

Key points that Peter mentions;

  • Sit your bum down
  • Bring your thumbs to your armpit and squeeze your shoulder blades together as you pull back
  • When bringing your shoulders back, bring them down – avoid bringing them your ears.
