You are injuring yourself

I hate to break it to you but you are probably injuring yourself, that’s right you and no one else.

Now I know you are well intentioned but it’s true.

What are you doing?

Sit ups? Long Distance running? Bench & Curls ? TRX classes ? Crossfit? Kettlebells?

All I wouldn’t put any of my clients through because I genuinely care about their bodies over profit.

As I sit here (another thing not great for you) I can’t tell you the aches and pains I have from dumbass shit I did before I knew better.

But it’s my job to educate the masses and get people doing the right stuff….

No sales, no waffle but the best thing you can do is get a coach, any coach that is truly qualified.

Don’t buy sessions, don’t buy quick fixes on Groupon, get someone real and authentic for LIFE….

If money is tight bring a friend… share the journey.

I am one of the top Strength Coaches in the country at present and I have a coach.

I hope this information doesn’t offend but its true.
