Back in the trenches with the #Offaly boys. @michaelbrazil doing a pretty good job with this #dumbbell snatch. A few things to work on but always going in the right direction. We will aim to progress to hang snatch variations with a bar soon but lack of space and equipment are curtailing that plan for now. All #strength coaches should aim to do the best with what they have and just get on with the work. #coachhare #fitness #gym #core #power #irishfitfam #fitfam #training #sport #gaa
